The seminar will be taught by Kim Kleiman, a second degree black belt in Kempo Karate. Participants will learn basic yet effective self defense techniques that will work in both physical and non physical scenarios. No previous experience is necessary. This seminar is a must for any woman who wishes to feel confident and secure in today's society. This program will benefit women of all ages:
